Greeting from the President
More than 20 years have passed since the enactment of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act in Japan, and over that time, soil contamination measures have become an integral part of real estate transactions throughout society. However, there are still very few cases in which all stakeholders involved—sellers, buyers, government agencies, local residents and others—are satisfied with the results of said measures, leading to demand for an organization which can provide comprehensive coordination of stakeholders' diverse interests.
Daiseki Eco. Solution is one of the very few corporations listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange whose main business activities are soil contamination countermeasures, and in that capacity we serve as a one-stop solutions company offering everything from consulting services through to soil surveys, analyses, construction operations and soil processing, all in one place. By leveraging experience, human resources and infrastructure cultivated as an industry leader, we offer soil contamination countermeasure solutions that satisfy all parties' needs.
Furthermore, as our company name implies, we strive to solve environmental problems and contribute to society through wide-ranging resource recycling operations. In addition to our efforts in waste plasterboard recycling, biodiesel fuel production, and PCB waste disposal, we are now able to handle general waste, waste plastic and waste paper recycling thanks to the addition of Sugimoto & Co., Ltd. and Sugimoto Shigyo Y.K. to our corporate group. Through proactive capital investment, M&A and other such efforts, we strive to be a company that can create frameworks (environmental revalue structures) which give renewed value to waste products, while growing further as an organization.
Amid paradigm shifts in our world such as the establishment and pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we challenge ourselves to come up with new solutions to environmental issues in order to serve as a corporation whose presence is vital in the eyes of all stakeholders. Moving forward, you can expect great things from Daiseki Eco. Solution.
