Information Disclosure Policy
In accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations, as well as regulations for the stock exchanges on which the Company is listed, Daiseki Eco. Solution maintains initiative, timeliness, objectivity and transparency in regard to corporate and financial information, and discloses said information on a sustained and continual basis. By fulfilling our duties of accountability to investors, stockholders, security analysts and other participants in the capital market in these ways, we strive to secure the trust and understanding of everyone involved. And through these measures, we aim to secure fair and suitable evaluations of our organization.
Methods of Information Disclosure
We disclose important information as stipulated in the Timely Disclosure Regulations, using the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) service provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the abovementioned regulations. For additional information disclosures not specified in the above regulations, we carry out disclosure as quickly as possible via our website and other means for information deemed important in regard to investor decision-making.
Future Earnings Forecasts
We publicize mid-term and current-year earnings forecasts during announcements of financial results, as well as current-year earnings forecasts during mid-term financial result announcements. Please be aware that all future plans, forecasts, estimates and similar which we announce are based on information obtainable by us at the time of said announcement as well as certain preconditions determined to be rational. Said future plans, forecasts, estimates and similar may differ from actual business results due to various risk factors, unstable/unpredictable factors and similar. In addition, please understand that we may subject such future plans, forecasts, estimates and similar to changes as needed.
Responses to Rumors, Market-related Speculations and Similar
As a general rule, we refrain from commenting on rumors, speculations and similar. However, if we determine that any of these may have a major impact or impacts on the capital market, or if an explanation is requested of us by a stock exchange or similar institution, or if refusal to address said rumors or speculations is deemed harmful in any major way to the Company, we will promptly identify the causal factors behind said rumors/speculations and respond as necessary.
Quiet Periods
As a means of preventing leakage of financial information and ensuring fairness, we establish a quiet period from the day following the account settlement date until the day of financial results announcement. During this quiet period, we do not make any comment or answer any question whatsoever in regard to account settlements. However, in the event that a major change in an earnings forecast is expected to occur during a quiet period, we will disclose information in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Regulations. Please note that, during a quiet period, we will respond to inquiries that do not pertain to account settlement information, as well as inquiries regarding previously release information.
